Since 1992 we have had the great pleasure of welcoming and guiding numerous clients during their stay on the island of Crete. Over the years we have developed our experience and quality of services, representation and handling on the holiday-resort, resulting in the creation of a professional and dynamic company offering: accommodation reservations qualified in each category, transfers, a wide variety of excursions, group-requests, car-rental, personal guidance and supervision at the airport of Chania as a representative of a wide range of respectful airline companies. We emphasize the special attention and care for any request and personal preference of the individual client, maintain a full quality control on our destination for all activities concerning our cooperators and offer easy access to contact and information at our centrally located office, where our personnel speak different languages.
Tourist department
The main business of our tourist department is based on incoming tourism, either organized groups or individual visitors, combined with the local representation of tour operators originating from different European countries. In the practical sense, our work consists of various activities and support at our destination for the tour operators to create a highly successful and unique product expressing their own identity, contracting accommodation and maintaining trusting contacts with hoteliers, handling reservations and special requests, organization of transportation, assistance at the airport and an exciting excursion program. We consider a personal approach of great significance and encourage our clients to communicate with us at our conveniently located office near the popular holiday resorts. We can cover the requests for every area on the entire island of Crete.
Aviation department
The aviation department occupies a significant part of our company. Our office based at the Chania airport "Ioannis Daskalogiannis", allows full coordination of activities and qualified supervision of airport duties representing our cooperating charter and general aviation airline companies originating from countries all over Europe and even beyond. An experienced team guarantees professional and efficient dispatching and carries the responsibility to obtain and maintain the reliable link on a high level between local authorities, airline crew and home-basis and local tour operator representatives.
Location of our offices
Our branch office and tour guide's basic post is situated on the main road of the area Kato Stalos, 7km west of Chania town. During the summer season -from April to October- the office is open throughout the whole day and therefore functions as a centre for many clients passing through or staying in the area. Many modern languages are spoken and a wide knowledge of Crete enables us to give actual information.
Our airport office is located at Chania's airport "Ioannis Daskalogiannis" at the first floor, office nr. 10.
