Seafront Hotel & Apartments - Adelianos Kampos, Rethymnon
Location: In Adelianos Kampos, an area developed along the coastal road and situated at approx. 7 km east of the well-known holiday resort of Rethymnon, we find the very pleasant complex of Seafront Hotel & Apartments. This perfect spot lies, as the name clearly indicates, at the very seafront and the buildings are only separated from the attractive long sandy and gravel beach by the hotel's swimming pool-area and garden. Within a fair walking distance you find restaurants, cafeterias and little shops. A bus stop (at 50m) for local transportation to Rethymnon is situated along the main road.
Rooms: The complex was built in 1996 and offers 45 units, divided over a 2-floor main building and a long shaped 2-floor side building (lift). Another 10 apartments, built in 1985 and partly renovated in 2001, are located in the nice garden in between these two buildings. All units are comfortable and well taken care off, modernly furnished with telephone and safety deposit box* and mostly air-condition*. The rooms and apartments have a balcony or terrace offering a nice view, partly (side)sea view or otherwise to the surroundings of the complex. The studios (1-3 persons) consist of a living/sleeping area with two single beds (extra bed possible), a kitchenette and a bathroom with douche/toilet. Balcony. As a few of the studios are provided with a connecting door, by reserving 2 units they provide in a comfortable accommodation for family-use (with children). The 2-room apartments (convenient for 2-3 adults and 1 child) offer a style and interior quite similar to the studios. The living/sleeping area is provided with a bed with special system functioning as a sitting furniture during daytime and easily changeable into two comfortable single beds for the night. The bedroom has a double or two single beds. A balcony or terrace. The 3-room apartments (2-4 adults and 1 child) offer a living/sleeping area with an in traditional style built-in single bed (there is enough room for another extra bed on request) and consist furthermore of 2 separate bedrooms with a double or two single beds. Bathroom with bath or shower and toilet. Balcony or terrace.
Service: Cleaning 6x p.week and change of towels/linen 2x p.week.
Facilities: In the main building of the complex we find the reception, a modern lounge, a mini-market and the restaurant. The garden offers a fresh water swimming pool, not too large in size, but nice and comfortable with a shallow corner for the little children, a pool-/snack bar and a small children-playground.. Sun chairs around the pool. Sometimes the hotel organizes a Greek evening and barbecue.
Remarks: Reservations on Room Rate, Bed & Breakfast or Half Board basis. Baby cots available upon request. During high season different water sport* facilities are available at the beach ( not owned by nor under supervision of the hotel).
