Papadakis Apartments - Georgioupolis
Location: The village of Georgioupolis is an attractive and lively middle-sized tourist resort, with tiny shops, mini-markets and taverns embracing the square, whilst it is also appreciated for the walking opportunities and tranquility found in the area around the village and at the long sandy beach stretching out many kilometers east of Georgioupolis. The main towns of Rethymnon (approx. 25 kms) and Chania (approx. 35 kms) can be reached easily by local transportation (bus stop just outside of the village at the National road) or rental car.
The Papadakis Apartments are located in the village, 100m from the sandy beach and 100m from the center and square of the village.
Rooms: The complex was built in 1997 and consists of two 2-floor buildings divided into a total of 18 modern stylized studios for max. 2 persons and 12 2-room apts for max. 3 persons, all provided with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower/toilet, telephone, music, balcony/terrace, safety deposit box* and air-condition.
Service: Cleaning 6 x weekly. Change of linen and towels 2 x weekly.
Facilities: Reception and TV lounge.
Remarks: Reservations on Room Rate basis. An extra person in the studio or apartment is possible (charge see mentioned below).
The interior of the complex has been chosen and designed with the personal care of the owner and his wife. Nice is the garden for common use, next to the buildings and the good location of the apartments on short walking distance of the center at the square of the village. The sympathetic owners have created a very friendly atmosphere at the complex where you will meet the Cretan hospitality. Many clients have become their best friends over the years and repeat on choosing Georgioupolis as their holiday destination.
