Irini House - Vafes - Apokoronas
In the old village of Vafes, located at the beautiful Apokoronas area, we find the Irini House, a stone mansion dating from 1850 and beautifully restored in 2007, with use of wood and local stone, into four traditional holiday homes offering a combination of the traditional atmosphere with nowadays comfort. Far from the tourist bustle it gives you a peaceful destination in an authentic village neighborhood with many fine houses around and outstanding views to a gorge, hills and mountains. Each apartment has a terrace and at the courtyard there is a small swimming pool for general use. At 2km we find the village of Vrisses with little shops, restaurants and cafeterias close by the village square. The sandy beach at Georgioupolis is at 7km from Vafes. A prebooked car is convenient at the Irini House.
