For the individual traveler we offer the traditional accommodation of Iliopetra Villas, a restored old village house full of original elements in Cretan style now offering a beautiful holiday setting with 8 studios and maisonettes. This traditional house is located next to the small village of Douliana in the Apokorona region, about 25km east of Chania town. The surrounding greenery, the wonderful view of Apokoronas and authentic atmosphere of the accommodation make Iliopetra Villas a special holiday address far away from crowds. Nearby Douliana you find one of the main villages of the area called Vamos, to enjoy a nice meal at a local tavern or visit a "kafeneion" to join the locals for a Greek coffee. Also not too far are the coastal villages of Almyrida and Kalyves for a swim in the crystal clear sea or some nice hours of sunbathing at the sandy beach. You will experience these places as more touristy settlements with (beach) bars and taverns.
