Yakinthos Hotel - Glaros
Location: just 4 km west of the town of Chania, we find the Glaros area (just after Agious Apostolous/Kato Daratso and before Kalamaki) providing the advantage of the town nearby and within easy reach (by local transportation or rental car) in combination with an excellent swimming opportunity in the close by surrounding of the hotel. The family run and elegant Yakinthos hotel is situated along the main road passing through the Glaros area. The beach of Glaros is sandy (also most suitable for children) and the distance from the hotel is just 80 meters down the little side road. On the beach one finds sun beds and umbrellas available for hire. In the neighborhood and within walking distance of Yakinthos you find minimarkets, a few restaurants and the bus-stop for Chania or for western directions. A walk up the hill to visit the little villages of Galatas and Pano Daratso is worthwhile for those enjoying some action during holiday times.
Rooms: all 39 rooms of the hotel are comfortable and decorated with care. The accommodation consists of double (also for single use) and triple rooms. All the units are supplied with air-condition*, bathroom with bath or shower and hairdryer, radio, direct dial telephone, refrigerator, TV, safety deposit box* and a balcony. Four-bedded rooms, comprised of two separate bedrooms, are also available to families.

Facilities: the entrance of the hotel leads into the reception (remaining open ining os an elevator andds and umbrellas available for hire.24 hours), the fully air-conditioned lounge, the coffee-bar and TV area. The swimming pool (with hydro massage) provides a children's pool and pool snack bar. This area is completed with deckchairs for relaxing hours of sunbathing. The hotel has an elevator and private parking.
