Location: The location of the Kalives Beach hotel is most attractive, next to the pleasant sandy beach and along the main road of the village of Kalives. This charming complex in local style offers the warm Cretan hospitality and will be very appreciated by families and clients trying to avoid the mass of tourism at the popular tourist resorts. The little river next to the hotel offers joy to the children by the opportunity of feeding the fishes. The middle-sized village of Kalives with its friendly character easily wins someone's sympathy. Here you find nice little (souvenir) shops, a choice of cafeterias and taverns serving delicious local dishes. Worthwhile to pay a visit is the unique town of Chania (18km). The local bus maintains a connection to Chania. A rental car may be advised to explore middle and west Crete.
Rooms: The accommodation exists of a total of 150 hotel rooms for 2-4 persons divided over 2 buildings. All units are provided with 2 single beds, a sofa bed, a private bathroom, air-condition, heating, telephone, music, safety deposit box*, satellite TV, refrigerator and balcony. Possibility for extra bed (4th person). Rooms for single use on request.
Service: Cleaning 7x p.week. Change of bedlinen 2 x p.week and towels 3 x p.week.
Facilities: Reception, a lounge with satellite TV and a cocktail bar. The pool area offers an atmosphere of relaxation with 2 fresh water swimming pools with an integrated part for the children at one of the two pools and a terrace with deckchairs and umbrellas for plenty of sunbathing. Pool(snack)bar in this area. The hotel provides a small Spa Center with sauna*, Jacuzzi*, massage*, fitness* and an (small) inside pool*. Conference room.
